Key Visitor Guidelines

Please respect these rules during your visit.

Bags and Cloakroom

Backpacks, large bags, umbrellas, and wet clothing must be checked into the free cloakroom or stored in a locker. Luggage cannot be stored.

Photography and Filming

Photography for private, non-commercial use is permitted without flash, tripods, or selfie sticks. Filming is generally not allowed.

Prohibited Items

Food and drink are not allowed in the exhibition rooms. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited. Please do not touch the artworks.

Animals

Animals are not permitted in the museum, with the exception of certified assistance animals.

Can I bring a water bottle?
Containers with liquid may not be taken into the exhibition rooms. You can enjoy refreshments in the designated café area.
Are strollers or buggies allowed?
Yes, strollers are permitted. However, during times of high visitor numbers, their access to certain areas may be restricted for safety reasons.
Is sketching allowed in the galleries?
Sketching with pencils is generally permitted, but the use of other materials like ink or paint is not allowed in the exhibition rooms.
